利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜研究了TC18钛合金两相区热处理过程中的等轴化规律。结果表明,随两相区加热温度的提高,等轴化速度增大;延长两相区的保温时间,也可以实现等轴化;当温度靠近相变点时,延长保温时间,等轴化效果减弱。两相区保温等轴化的驱动力来源于加工过程畸变能和α→β的相转变。
The equiaxed law of heat treatment in two-phase region of TC18 titanium alloy was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of the heating temperature in two-phase zone, the equiaxed velocity increases. It is also possible to extend the holding time of the two-phase zone to equiaxiality. When the temperature is close to the transformation point, the holding time is extended. Weakened. The driving force for equiaxed insulation in two-phase zone is derived from the distortion energy and α → β phase transformation in the process.
