1980年3月接诊一名典型职业性雷诺现象病例,现报告如下: 罗××,男,33岁,湖南某矿凿岩工。1974年12月~1979年3月,井下凿岩,矽化灰岩,凿岩机型号7655,日凿岩6小时以上,年工作日约300天。 主诉:双手2~5指冬春无规律发白己三年。 现病史:1976年冬右食指开始发白,翌年冬右2~5指皆发白,至1978年冬双手亦呈白色。发作时症状为:麻—疼感—颜色呈白—紫绀—潮红(见照片)。发病特点:气温15℃以下,室内外温度

Chief Complaint: hands 2 to 5 refers to the winter spring irregular white hair three years. Current medical history: In 1976, the right index finger began to whiten in the winter, and the following 2 to 5 fingers in the winter of the following year all turned white.
