转化后进生的工作并非一朝一夕之功,由于学生身心还未发育成熟和环境的干扰等,他们的思想波动具有很大的反复性,因此,教师应时时观察,常常提醒,多多鼓励。用仁爱之心,以宽容的手段、赏识的良方去创造和谐宽松的氛围,让后进生战胜自我,完善自我,进入优等生的行列。作者结合教学实践谈谈转化后进生的做法。
