[目的]探讨冷冻治疗对荷瘤鼠单个核细胞表面程序性死亡配体-1(PD-L1)分子表达的影响。[方法]流式细胞术检测冷冻术后2h、3d、7d对照组和冷冻治疗组荷瘤鼠外周血和脾脏单个核细胞表面PD-L1分子的动态表达。[结果]对照组单个核细胞表面PD-L1表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.01),冷冻治疗组逐渐下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,冷冻治疗术后2h PDL1分子表达有一过性升高,但3d、7d后显著下降(P<0.01)。[结论 ]单个核细胞表面PD-L1分子表达水平随Lewis肺癌进展逐渐增强,冷冻治疗可能可以通过降低PD-L1分子的表达水平,提高抗肿瘤免疫活性。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of cryotherapy on the expression of PD-L1 on the surface of tumor-bearing rat mononuclear cells. [Methods] Flow cytometry was used to detect the dynamic expression of PD-L1 on the surface of mononuclear cells in control and cryotherapy groups 2h, 3d, 7d after freezing. [Results] The expression of PD-L1 on the surface of mononuclear cells increased gradually in the control group (P <0.01), and gradually decreased in the cryotherapy group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, (P <0.01), but decreased significantly after 3d and 7d (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The expression of PD-L1 on mononuclear cells gradually increases with the progression of Lewis lung carcinoma. Cryotherapy may improve the anti-tumor immunological activity by decreasing the expression of PD-L1.
