目的为了探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时血钠、钾、氯、钙的变化及意义方法对62例不同程度的HIE新生儿进行了血钠、钾、氯、钙的检测,并与28例新生儿进行比较结果HIE轻、中和重度的血清钠分别为:(131.2、±6.0)mmol/L,(125.3±9.1)mmol/L,(120.2±12.2)mmol/L,血清钙分别为:(2.41±0.20)mmol/L,(1.82±0.20)mmol/L,(1.34±0.29)mmol/L,血清钾水平高于正常儿。轻度HIE患儿的血清氯水平与正常儿无差异,中度和重度HIE患儿的血清氯水平则低于正常儿;中度、重度HIE患儿的血清钠、钙、氯无显著差异,但均明显低于轻度HIE患儿。轻、中和重度患儿的血清钾水平无明显差异。结论HIE患儿可出现低钠、低钙、高钾血症,HIE程度越重血钠、血钙水平越低,提示血钠、血钙对判断HIE病情严重程度及预后具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Sixty-two HIE neonates were tested for serum sodium, potassium, chloride and calcium, (131.2 ± 6.0) mmol / L, (125.3 ± 9.1) mmol / L, (120.2 ± 12.2) mmol / L, serum The levels of calcium were (2.41 ± 0.20) mmol / L, (1.82 ± 0.20) mmol / L and (1.34 ± 0.29) mmol / L, respectively. Serum chlorine levels in children with mild HIE were not different from those in normal children, serum levels of serum chlorine in children with moderate and severe HIE were lower than those in normal children. There was no significant difference in serum sodium, calcium and chlorine between children with moderate and severe HIE, But were significantly lower than mild HIE children. There was no significant difference in serum potassium between mild, moderate and severe children. Conclusions Hypoxemia, hypocalcemia and hyperkalemia may occur in children with HIE. The more severe the HIE is, the lower the serum calcium is. It suggests that serum sodium and serum calcium may be of clinical significance for judging the severity and prognosis of HIE.
