试验比较分析了安徽省主要小麦推广品种和国内外一些优质小麦品种的品质性状，认为：安徽省种植的小麦品种在蛋白质含量及面筋强度上都明显低于国外硬麦品种，但一些品种，如豫麦１８ ，则达到了优质软麦的品质水平。
The results showed that the wheat cultivars planted in Anhui Province were significantly lower in protein content and gluten strength than those of foreign hard wheat cultivars. However, some cultivars such as Yumai 18, then reached the quality of high-quality soft wheat.
