目的:建立治咳川贝枇杷露中熊果酸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Cosmosil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸∶三乙胺(90∶10∶0.03∶0.06)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;柱温为室温(25℃),检测波长为215 nm。结果:样品中熊果酸在16~80μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 5(n=5),加样回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.22%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、可靠、专属性强、重复性好、可作为治咳川贝枇杷露中熊果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ursolic acid in Zhugu Chuanbei loquat dew. METHODS: Cosmosil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: water: glacial acetic acid: triethylamine (90:10:0.03:0.06) 1.0 ml · min-1. The column temperature was at room temperature (25 ℃) and the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results: The concentration of ursolic acid in the sample was linear within the range of 16 ~ 80μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 5 (n = 5). The recoveries were 98.67% and the RSD was 1.22% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible. It can be used as the determination of ursolic acid in Zhuguangbei loquat dew.
