目的探讨标本固化硬度与固化温度、固化时间的关系。方法取福尔马林固定的人肌、肝、肺、肠、脑组织块各6件,经同一塑化流程中处理,仅在固化过程中设置不同的固化温度-固化时间处理系列,检测标本固化硬度。结果在固化过程中,各标本硬度随着时间的延长而升高。固化第3天肝标本达到中等硬度,脑标本需7d,肺标本、肠标本和肌标本需14d。肝标本除在室温外,硬度均增加较快;脑标本在高温时硬度增加较快;肌标本硬化2周内在各温度条件下硬度差别不明显,在硬化2周后,在高温时硬度均增加较快。肠和肺标本在各温度条件下硬度差别不明显。结论肝、肠、肺宜采用低温固化(室温、30℃),脑和肌肉需采用先低温固化(室温、30℃),然后高温固化(45℃、60℃)。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the curing hardness and the curing temperature and curing time. Methods Six formalin-fixed human muscle, liver, lung, intestine and brain tissue pieces were collected and treated by the same plasticization process. Different curing temperature-curing time series were set only during the curing process, Cure hardness. Results During the curing process, the hardness of each specimen increased with time. On the third day of solidification, the liver specimens reached the medium hardness, and the brain specimens needed 7 days. The lung specimens, intestinal specimens and muscle specimens needed 14 days. The hardness of the liver specimens increased rapidly except for room temperature. The hardness of the brain specimens increased rapidly at high temperature. There was no significant difference in the hardness of the specimens at each temperature within 2 weeks after hardening. After 2 weeks of hardening, the hardness increased at the high temperature Faster. Intestine and lung specimens in the temperature conditions, the hardness difference is not obvious. Conclusion The liver, intestine and lung should be cured at low temperature (room temperature, 30 ℃). The brain and muscle should be solidified at low temperature (room temperature, 30 ℃) and then high temperature (45 ℃, 60 ℃).
