人力资源作为现代企业的第一资源,是企业生存与发展的第一动力。如何做好企业的绩效考核,对于调动广大员工的积极性,充分发挥员工自身价值以及帮助组织实现预期的目标都会产生重要影响。本文分析了目前员工绩效考核工作存在的问题,并从加强对绩效考核的认识;深入落实绩效考核制度;完善绩效考核指标体系;对考核的结果进行积极的反馈四个方面,就如何加强企业的绩效考核工作,提出了若干建议。
As the first resource of modern enterprise, human resources is the first motive for the survival and development of enterprises.
