本文综述了近几年来国外有关铸造镁合金应用方面的一些资料,指出,镁合金在航空工业中的应用已经下降,在一般工程构件、特别是汽车工业中的应用已有所增长。随着人们要求交通工具减轻重量、降低能耗呼声的日益增高,汽车工业有可能成为镁合金的主要市场。镁合金很适合用压铸法生产,镁合金压铸件已在整个镁铸件中占绝对优势。镁用作工程材料的主要竞争对手是铝,世界上原镁与原铝的比价已从七十年代中期不利于镁逐步朝着有利于镁的方向发展,因此,镁合金用作结构材料的前景是光明的。
This paper summarizes some overseas applications of cast magnesium alloy in recent years and points out that the application of magnesium alloy in the aviation industry has been declining, and its application in general engineering components, especially in the automotive industry, has increased. As people demand vehicles to reduce weight, reduce the voice of increasing energy consumption, the automotive industry may become the main market for magnesium alloys. Magnesium alloy is very suitable for the production of die casting, magnesium alloy die casting has accounted for the absolute advantage of the entire magnesium castings. The main competitor of magnesium for engineering materials is aluminum. The ratio of primary magnesium to primary aluminum in the world has been detrimental to the gradual development of magnesium in favor of magnesium since the mid-1970s. Therefore, the prospect of using magnesium alloy as a structural material is bright.
