某部招待所于1992年5月1日发生一起食物中毒,经流行病学调查、临床分析及化验检查,系粗糙型沙门杆菌引起食物中毒,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况本组21例,军人14例,职工5例,家属及小儿2例。住院15例,门诊治疗6例。发病时间,餐后3h17例,餐后5h4例。均有恶心、呕吐,腹痛13例,腹泻9例,头昏9例,发热7例(体温37.4~38.4℃),大便为黄色稀水便10次/d以上。二、实验室检查 15例白细胞均高于(12~15.0)×10~9/L。16例大便镜检:白细胞0~2/高,
