本文采用了建立了气相色谱-质谱法对黄瓜中5种农药残留进行测定分析的方法。通过乙腈对样品中目标物质进行提取,经过氯化钠盐析分层,取有机层,利用固相萃取技术对目标物加以收集,并去除多余的干扰物质,最后用内标法进行定量分析。结果显示,二甲戊灵、噻虫嗪、氟啶脲、虫螨腈、咪鲜胺等5种农药在检出限、低浓度、中浓度、高浓度共4个水平的添加试验中,回收率均达到75%以上,RSD均在10%以下,符合检测要求,适用于黄瓜中二甲戊灵、噻虫嗪、氟啶脲、虫螨腈、咪鲜胺等5种农药残留量的检测。
In this paper, the establishment of a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry cucumber in five kinds of pesticide residues were measured and analyzed. The target substance in the sample was extracted by acetonitrile, separated into layers by sodium chloride salting-out, and the organic layer was collected. The target substance was collected by solid phase extraction and the excess interfering substances were removed. Finally, the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The results showed that five pesticides, pendimethalin, thiamethoxam, chlorfluazuron, chlorfenapyr and prochloraz, were recovered in four addition levels of detection limit, low concentration, medium concentration and high concentration Rate reached above 75%, RSD below 10%, in line with the testing requirements for cucumber in pendimethalin, thiamethoxam, chlorfluazuron, chlorfenapyr, prochloraz 5 pesticide residues were detected .
