采用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,对成都市高校健身气功课程建设的发展现状进行研究。研究表明,健身气功课程发展前景较好,但是发展现状并不理想。在实际教学中,培养目标出现了偏离,培养过程中没有根据实际情况对培养目标进行细化;师资队伍有待进一步加强,大部分高校没有健身气功专业教师,学科带头人紧缺;高校领导对于健身气功课程建设的重视程度不够;教学经费匮乏,高校对健身气功课程的拨款较少,专业教学设施投入不足。因此,本文为促进健身气功的不断发展、课程建设的合理性指出发展的现实意义。
By means of literature review, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper studies the current situation of the construction of fitness Qigong curriculum in colleges and universities in Chengdu. Research shows that the health Qigong curriculum development prospects are better, but the development status quo is not ideal. In actual teaching, there is a deviation in training objectives. In the course of training, training objectives are not refined according to the actual situation. The teaching staff needs to be further strengthened. Most colleges and universities lack the professional Qigong teachers and academic leaders are in short supply. Less emphasis is placed on curriculum construction; lack of teaching funds, less funding for fitness Qigong courses in universities and insufficient investment in specialized teaching facilities. Therefore, in order to promote the continuous development of Health Qigong, the reasonableness of curriculum construction points out the practical significance of development.
