利用Thermecmastor-Z热模拟机进行双道次压缩试验,研究了含Nb微合金钢Q345E在不同变形温度和道次间隙时间内的静态再结晶(SRX)行为。结果表面:不同变形温度下静态再结晶软化分数呈典型的S型曲线,符合Avrami规律。当变形温度较低时,静态再结晶进行较慢,完成的时间较长;在高变形温度条件下,静态再结晶进行较快,完成的时间较短。通过回归法计算的Avrami指数n平均值为0.94,预测的软化分数和测量的软化分数较吻合。
Two-pass compression tests were performed on a Thermecmastor-Z thermal simulator to study the static recrystallization (SRX) behavior of Nb microalloyed steel Q345E at different deformation temperatures and pass-gap times. Results Surface: The softening fraction of static recrystallization at different deformation temperatures showed a typical S-curve, which accorded with Avrami law. When the deformation temperature is lower, the static recrystallization is slower and the completion time is longer. At high deformation temperature, the static recrystallization is faster and the completion time is shorter. The average Avrami index n calculated by regression was 0.94, and the predicted softening scores were in good agreement with the measured softening scores.
