分析了极爪零件的成形工艺 ,建立了该零件温锻精密成形的三维塑性有限元模型 ,模拟了其温锻成形关键工步 ,得出变形过程中材料的流动情况、变形载荷及模具的受力分布 ,模拟结果可以为该零件的成形工艺和模具设计提供依据。
The forming process of the extremely claw parts was analyzed and the three-dimensional plastic finite element model of the parts for precision forging was established. The key steps of the warm forging process were simulated. The flow conditions, the deformation load and the deformation of the mold The distribution of force and the simulation result can provide the basis for the forming process and mold design of the part.
