聚丙烯(PP)的表面非极性,限制了在一些重要领域中的应用.为了提高PP的亲水性,以二苯甲酮(BP)为光引发剂、固相光接枝反应装置为反应器,采用固相紫外光接枝法在PP粒料表面接枝丙烯酸(AA),研究了PP接枝前后力学性能的变化.结果表明接枝PP的拉伸强度降了1.37 MPa,但断裂伸长率从358.3%增加到396.3%,说明丙烯酸适度接枝对力学性能影响不大,可以提高PP的断裂韧性.
Polypropylene (PP) non-polar surface, limiting the application in some important areas.In order to improve the hydrophilic PP, benzophenone (BP) as a photoinitiator, solid-phase optical grafting reactor for (AA) was grafted on the surface of PP pellets by the solid-phase UV grafting method.The mechanical properties of the PP pellets were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the grafted PP decreased 1.37 MPa, but the fracture Elongation increased from 358.3% to 396.3%, indicating that moderate grafting of acrylic has little effect on the mechanical properties, can improve the fracture toughness of PP.
