我们观察了吸附有肿瘤病人血清中Ig的SpA菌体对吞噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。实验发现,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、正常人外周血中性粒细胞和单核细胞对吸附有肿瘤病人血清Ig的SpA菌体的吞噬(吞噬率和吞噬指数)显著高于对SpA菌体的吞噬(P<0.001)。提示吸附有肿瘤病人血清中Ig的SpA菌体所明显增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,此结果有助于阐明SpA菌体的体内抗瘤机制。
We observed the effect of SpA cells in the serum of Ig-adsorbed tumor patients on the phagocytic function of phagocytes. It was found that the phagocytosis (phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index) of SpA cells with serum Ig adsorbed on tumor patients was significantly higher than that on SpA cells in mouse peritoneal macrophages, normal human peripheral blood neutrophils, and monocytes. Phagocytosis (P<0.001). It is suggested that the SpA bacteria that adsorb Ig in the serum of tumor patients significantly enhance the phagocytic function of phagocytic cells. This result helps clarify the in vivo anti-tumor mechanism of SpA cells.
