现有的电磁挂梁是相互独立的,吸盘直接与挂梁体刚性连接,该型式的挂梁受力不均,易磨损。研究设计一种基于柔性技术的六吊点电磁挂梁。根据柔性连杆系统结构,建立优化模型,设置约束条件,运用MATLAB中多维约束优化函数fmincon对从动件摇杆(左摇臂7)和连杆3尺寸进行优化设计,实现电磁盘的高低自动调节,满足电磁挂梁的工作要求,为电磁挂梁柔性连杆系统的多吊点平衡起吊提供必要的科学依据。
The existing electromagnetic hanging beam is independent of each other, and the suction cup is directly connected with the hanging beam body rigidly. The hanging beam of this type has uneven force and is easy to wear. Research and design a kind of six hanging point electromagnetic hanging beam based on flexible technology. According to the structure of flexible link system, the optimization model is set up and the constraints are set. The size of the follower rocker (left arm 7) and connecting rod 3 is optimized by multi-dimensional constrained optimization function fmincon in MATLAB, Adjust and meet the work requirement of the electromagnetic hanging beam, and provide the necessary scientific basis for the multi-hanging balance lifting of the flexible connecting rod system of the electromagnetic hanging beam.
