我们在安装调试英国E_(900)光电直读光谱仪的过程中,发现短波部分的孔道(1750A~3000A)基本上能够显示出相应元素的信号,而长波部分的孔道(3000A~4300A)不能显示出相应元素的信号。经分析,认为这是由于光栅位置发生了较大移动而造成的。但英国Rank-Hilger公司生产的这种光电直读光谱仪没有检查光栅位置是否移动从而方便地进行修正的装置。我们提出了一种三线交叉定位方案,成功地一次性地校准了光栅位置。在此基础之上,经过了仔细描迹,并更换了几个灵敏度高的光电倍增管,现在这台仪器已正常投产。
During installation and commissioning of the UK E 900 direct reading spectrometer, we found that the shortwave channel (1750A ~ 3000A) can basically display the signal of the corresponding element, while the longwave channel (3000A ~ 4300A) can not display The signal of the corresponding element.
