ZK7—6/250电机车的QKT8—3型司机控制器转轴凸轮上装有22片动触头。该触头是长方形薄紫铜片,两端由两个M5的沉头螺钉联结在转轴的凸轮上,动触头通过转轴与静触头变换接触,从而达到电机车行走变速。由于电机车运行电流大,经常出现烧坏蚀头和联接触头的胶木座,严重影响了电机车的正常运行。根据观察电机车的长期运行情况,发现动触头的两个螺钉正好在动触头与静触头的接触位置上,
