针对属性权重完全未知,属性值为犹豫模糊元的随机多属性决策问题,提出一种基于后悔理论与群体满意度的随机决策方法。首先,为避免人为给定参考点带来的主观随机性,基于属性值的方差与得分函数定义一种群体满意度,并根据群体满意度建立属性权重优化模型。其次,基于后悔理论构建方案两两相比的后悔值矩阵与欣喜值矩阵,并根据决策群体总体心理感知值对方案进行排序。最后,给出算例验证方法可行性与有效性。
Aiming at the stochastic multi-attribute decision making problem that attribute weight is completely unknown and attribute value is hesitant, a stochastic decision-making method based on regret theory and group satisfaction is proposed. First of all, to avoid the subjective randomness caused by the given reference point, a group satisfaction degree is defined based on the variance of the attribute value and the score function, and an attribute weight optimization model is established according to the group satisfaction. Secondly, based on the theory of regret, the regret value matrix and the value of hi value matrix are compared to each other, and the programs are sorted according to the overall psychological perception value of decision-making groups. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the example verification method are given.
