多年前,“无压力教学”理念的提出曾在老年教育界引起了强烈反响;今天,我们刊登的“无龄感教育”理念堪称其为姊妹篇。该理念的提出充分反映了广大老年教育工作者对老年大学的性质、特点、规律的认识进一步深化,对老年大学课程设置主题的把握更加精准。作者根据中国已经步入老龄化程度很高的社会现实,认为老年人的“无龄感生活”理念呼唤着与之匹配的教育模式。文章从老年大学的来源、发展、意义等方面,探究老年大学满足老年人“无龄感”心理需求的办学宗旨、老年大学实施“无龄感教育”的路线图,以及其对构建“无龄感社会”的社会价值,具有一定的说服力和可操作性。欢迎和期待更多像《无压力教学》《试论“无龄感”教育》这样真正从老年教育的办学实际出发,接地气、有新意,能给老年工作者以启迪的理论研讨文章。
Many years ago, the proposal of “stress-free teaching” had aroused strong repercussions in the education of the aged. Today, we publish the concept of “education without age” as a companion piece. The proposal of the concept fully reflects that the general educators have further deepened their understanding of the nature, characteristics and laws of the elder universities and obtained more accurate grasp of the subject setting of the elders universities. According to the fact that China has stepped into the social reality with a high degree of aging, the author believes that the concept of “life without age” for the elderly calls for a matching education model. The article explores the school objective of elder university to meet the psychological needs of seniors and seniors, the roadmap of implementing “seniors education” at senile universities from the aspects of source, development and significance of seniors.
