随着国民经济的发展,β型半水石膏,由于强度低,光洁度差等物理特性,远不适应今天人民生活水平增长后对陶瓷产品质量的要求:如美观、精细。α型半水石膏(以下简称高强石膏)由于密实的晶体结构,它的拌水量比β型半水石膏低,硬化形成的胶凝材料具有较高的强度、抗静电介质侵蚀作用较强,表面光滑,仿真性强,楞角不易损坏。它将成为陶瓷生产过程最理想的模具材料,具体技术指标如下:
