1 病例报告 例1,男,44岁。因左上齿疼痛3月,左面颊部及左侧头部疼痛伴涕血1月于97年3月3日入院,检查:左下鼻甲充血、肿大,表面有粘液脓性分泌物,与鼻中隔粘着较紧。以3％麻黄素喷鼻腔,下鼻甲收缩后见一新生物,色苍白,质中,触及易出血,似来自中鼻道。X 片见左上颌窦密度增高,内侧似有软组织突出影,上壁、外后壁、下壁模糊似有骨质破坏。CT示左侧上颌窦、左筛窦、左鼻腔可见密度增高影,左侧上颌窦前后内壁骨质结构破坏。取鼻腔新生物病检为左鼻腔炎性组织,于入院21天行左上颌窦探查,术中从窦腔刮除大块灰白色新生物,病检为低恶性纤维肉瘤。于入院后24天行左颈外动脉结扎、左上颌骨切除术,术腔植皮。术后40日～81日行左眶下、左耳前放射治疗,总剂量为6000cGy,住院107日后出院。该患者出院后又出现左侧鼻根处间断性疼痛。于97年9月16日再次入院行CT显示:左侧眼眶有块状软组织影占据,次日行左眼眶内探查术,术中挖除眶内可疑肿物,病检为纤维肉瘤。于入院后第2天至第7天,第16天至第21天行顺铂、5-氟脲嘧啶方
1 case report 1, male, 44 years old. Take nasal new biopsy as left nasal inflammatory tissue line 21 days postoperative left maxillary sinus exploration, intraoperative curettage large chunky white new creatures, the disease was diagnosed as low-grade fibrosarcoma. Twenty-four days after admission, the left external carotid artery was ligated, the maxillary maxillary resection was performed and the cavity and skin graft were performed. After 40 days to 81 days under the left orbital, left ear before radiotherapy, the total dose of 6000cGy, 107 days after hospital discharge. The patient left intermittent after the left nasal discharge pain.
