利用铬偶氮酚KS测铝,文献已有报导。文献利用新试剂铬偶氮酚KSS测定铜合金中的铝,取得了满意的效果。本文研究了铬偶氮酚KSS与铝显色反应的条件及络合物的吸光光度性质,并拟定了硅砖等样品中铝的测定方法。一仪器与试剂 721型分光光度计铝标准溶液:5μg ml~(-1),用高纯铝配制。铬偶氮酚KSS:0.1%(四川空分厂理化室合成) 苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液:1%,经测定pH约4.0。抗坏血酸:5%,现配。 EGTA溶液:0.05M,称取9.5g乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸,加100ml水,加热并滴加六次甲基四胺溶液(40%)助溶,用水稀释至500ml,摇匀。
The use of chromium azo phenol KS test aluminum, literature has been reported.
