七十年代以来,在冶金工厂工艺改造过程中,经常迂到单层工业厂房托梁拨柱问题。这主要由于设备更新或增添,使原有6米柱距不够布置所致。例如上钢三厂630及昆钢650车间,均因增加一列轧机而不得不拔滁原厂房的柱子。本文对顶升法和无支撑法拔柱的两种方案作简单介绍。一、顶升法托梁拔柱顶升法拔柱的步骤为: 1.加固两侧的柱子和基础(图1-1),并在侧面留出安放托架及吊车梁的牛腿。 2.桥式吊车中心对准需拔的柱,并在桥式吊车端梁上设置支座,支座上安设千斤顶(图1)。
Since the 1970s, in the process of transformation of metallurgical plants, the problem of picking columns in single-story industrial plant joists has often been encountered. This is mainly due to equipment updates or additions, which caused the original 6-meter column spacing not enough. For example, Shanghai No. 3 Plant 630 and Kunming Steel 650 Plant had to pull the columns of the original plant due to the addition of a rolling mill. This article gives a brief introduction to the two options for the lifting method and the unsupported method. First, the lifting method Tuojia pulls the column to ascend the method to pull out the column the step is: 1.
