以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为交联剂,制备了自由基交联型SPSA(有机硅压敏胶),并且探讨了SPSA的配方、制备工艺及其粘接性能。研究结果表明:当m(甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂)∶m(苯基硅橡胶)=1.1∶1.0、w(BPO)=1.50%(相对于甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂和苯基硅橡胶总质量而言)、150℃交联15 min时,所得SPSA的综合性能相对较好;此时,SPSA的初粘力(为16号钢球)相对较大,常温持粘力超过1 440 min、80℃持粘力为250 min,常温剥离强度为25.6 N/25 mm和135℃剥离强度为4.9 N/25 mm,并且其耐热性和耐湿热老化性俱佳。
