文章从城市隧道运行管理的土建结构状况、机电系统状况、运行管理体制、运行管理效果四个方面选取了25项对城市隧道运行管理影响较大的因素作为评价指标,建立了城市隧道运行管理评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊数学理论确定评价的指标权重和城市隧道运行管理模糊综合评价模型,提出一套科学用于城市隧道运行管理模糊综合评价的方法。根据建立的评价模型结合杭州市灵溪隧道进行模糊综合评价,结果表明,该方法能客观反映城市隧道运行管理状况,评价结果合理可信。
The article chooses 25 factors which have a great influence on the operation and management of urban tunnels from four aspects of the civil structure, the status of the mechatronic system, the operation and management system and the operation and management effect of the urban tunnel operation and management, and establishes the evaluation index of the urban tunnel operation and management Index system, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory to determine the index weights of evaluation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of urban tunnel operation and management, and put forward a set of scientific methods for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of urban tunnel operation and management. According to the established evaluation model combined with Lingxi Tunnel in Hangzhou, the result shows that this method can objectively reflect the operation and management of urban tunnels and the evaluation results are reasonable and credible.
