颈椎病一般医生较为熟悉,但由其造成的跌落综合症(Drop attack syndrome)在我国报道较少。其主要表现是发作性双下肢无力,不伴意识改变,数分钟后多可自行起来,继续做以前的工作,发作后不遗留任何阳性体征。过去易误诊为猝倒症或运动不能性癫癎。我科近年来遇到2例,经治疗好转,现报告如下。例1,咸某某,男 42岁,工程师。患者1981年春无诱因时感到后颈部酸胀,83年3月在抬木材时突然腰及双膝关节疼痛,无力,随即跌倒。约5～6分钟后自己起来继续劳动无不适感。发作时无意 The general physician of cervical spondylosis is more familiar with, but the drop attack syndrome caused by it is less reported in our country.
