制备了１５３Ｓｍ－树脂微球（ＲＭＳ），观察了ｐＨ和反应时间对树脂吸附的影响以及１５３Ｓｍ－ＲＭＳ的体外稳定性，同时用１５３Ｓｍ－ＲＭＳ测定兔股骨血流量，评价脂质清除剂对甾类激素处理的兔股骨血流量的改善。
153Sm-resin microspheres (RMS) were prepared. The effects of pH and reaction time on the resin adsorption and the stability of 153Sm-RMS in vitro were observed. At the same time, the rabbit femoral blood flow was measured by 153Sm-RMS and the effects of lipid scavenger on steroid Hormone-treated rabbit femoral blood flow improvement.
