Whole-brain functional connectivity shows impaired cortical-basal ganglia-thalamic circuits in patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE), but this change can not be quantified. By comparing global indicators of whole-brain functional connectivity networks in MHE patients and healthy individuals, MHE patients were found to have larger map connectivity indices, chart diameters, chart radii, and diameter indices that support these indicators in the global brain functional connectivity of MHE disease On the effectiveness and reliability. Figure connectivity index, diameter and diameter index figures and experimental symbols related to the number of symbols, diameter index and digital connection experimental indicators related to reflect changes in brain function in MHE patients. Centrifugation and eccentricity index show that most brain regions of MHE patients point to the basal ganglia region, supporting the brain region connection pathways in MHE patients. In particular, the pathways connecting the basal ganglia regions are likely to block or even rupture.
