瘢痕瘤为瘢痕体质者手术、外伤后或毛囊炎基础上的纤维组织增生[1]。以往一般采用手术切除或激光治疗、药物治疗等。但对于瘢痕体质的患者，以往的治疗方法效果不佳，而且会在手术切口上长出比术前还要大的瘢痕瘤［2］。我科1997年3月～1998年2月利用放射治疗23例瘢痕瘤，现报 Keloid scar surgery for the body, trauma or folliculitis based on the proliferation of fibrous tissue [1].
