以较高档废旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)为原料,通过3种不同碎浆工艺来抄造苹果育果袋纸。结果表明,随着碎浆时间的延长,OCC逐渐离解成单根纤维,并发生一定的切断和分丝帚化,保水值呈增加趋势;解离剂在碎浆过程中能够较好地保护纤维,提高成纸性能;NaOH预处理和Al2(SO4)3碎浆最佳工艺条件为:NaOH用量4%～5%,Al2(SO4)3用量2%,处理时间45min。
To higher grade scrap corrugated boxes (OCC) as raw material, through 3 different pulping process to copy Apple fruit bag paper.
