本文收集我院1980年1月至1988年12月资料完整的60岁以上急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者65例,对其早期症状、体征进行分析,以探讨早期诊断线索。65例中男47例,女18例。其中60～69岁男41例,女4例;>70岁男4例,女11例。有典型心绞痛者13例(13/65,20%),其中60～69岁12例,>70岁仅1例;非典型痛20例(20/65,30.8%)。早期不
This article collected from January 1980 to December 1988 in our hospital complete data of 65 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) over the age of 60 65 cases, the early symptoms and signs were analyzed in order to explore the early diagnosis clues. 65 cases of male 47 cases, 18 females. There were 41 males and 4 females aged 60 to 69 years old, 4 males> 70 years old and 11 females.
