为了提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的性能,通过将KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂喷施岩棉纤维表面以及将KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂直接与脲醛树脂胶黏剂混合,采用不同摩尔比的脲醛树脂制造木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF。研究了偶联剂用量、脲醛树脂摩尔比等对木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF静曲强度、内结合强度、甲醛释放量、氧指数等的影响。实验结果表明,1)KH- 550硅氧烷偶联剂可以有效提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的静曲强度与内结合强度,当添加量为岩棉质量的0.5%时,两者分别可以提高12%与20%以上;2)KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂可以有效降低木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的甲醛释放量,当添加量为岩棉质量的1.0%时,甲醛释放量可以降低50%以上;3)KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂对提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的阻燃性没有明显贡献。
In order to improve the performance of the wood / rock wool fiber composite MDF, KH-550 silicone coupling agent is sprayed on the surface of the rock wool fiber and the KH-550 siloxane coupling agent is directly mixed with the urea formaldehyde resin adhesive. Different molar ratio of urea formaldehyde resin wood / rock wool fiber composite MDF. The effects of the amount of coupling agent and the molar ratio of urea formaldehyde resin on the flexural strength, internal bond strength, formaldehyde emission and oxygen index of wood / rock wool fiber composites were studied. The experimental results show that 1) KH-550 siloxane coupling agent can effectively improve the static strength and internal bond strength of wood / rockwool fiber composite MDF, when the added amount of 0.5% rockwool mass, respectively Increased by 12% and 20% respectively; 2) KH-550 siloxane coupling agent can effectively reduce the formaldehyde emission of wood / rock wool fiber composite MDF. When the amount of formaldehyde is 1.0% Lower than 50%; 3) KH-550 siloxane coupling agent has no obvious contribution to improving the flame retardancy of wood / rock wool fiber composite MDF.
