建筑工程施工合同是发包人和承包人之间在建设工程项目中进行经济活动和施工行为的准则和依据,必须在施工建设过程中设计专业的合同管理机构以及合同管理人员,在工作中营造和谐良好的合同管理法律氛围,针对建筑工程全员以及建设全过程实现动态合同管理,能够充分发挥出监督管理作用,加强了包分商的管理,及时进行索赔,不断提升工程项目的整体管理水平。本文通过分析目前建筑工程施工合同管理的不足,针对性提出了几点优化策略,希望能在以后的工程建设中减少合同矛盾,提高合同履行率,实现安全施工生产目标。
