随着RH真空精炼设备和工艺技术的不断进步,RH真空精炼设备已在众多炉外精炼中起到不可替代的重要作用,适用于大量生产优质超低碳钢。实践证明,在RH处理过程中,采用计算机自动控制系统,对稳定提高钢质量,实现高效、低耗生产具有重要意义。对此,结合国内外RH真空精炼过程计算机自动控制系统的发展,对RH过程计算机控制系统的构成、特点和控制模型的功能等进行了综合评述。通过开发武钢1~#RH-KTB精炼过程控制模型的实践,提出对我国发展RH过程计算机控制的几点建议。
With the continuous improvement of RH vacuum refining equipment and process technology, RH vacuum refining equipment has played an irreplaceable role in many furnaces and is suitable for mass production of high-quality ultra-low carbon steel. Practice has proved that in the RH process, the use of computer automatic control system, to improve the stability of steel quality, to achieve efficient, low-cost production of great significance. In this regard, combined with the development of computer automatic control system in RH vacuum refining process at home and abroad, the composition, characteristics and control model functions of computer control system in RH process are comprehensively reviewed. Through the development of WISCO 1 ~ # RH-KTB refining process control model practice, put forward some suggestions on the development of computer control of RH process in our country.
