在估计病人的营养状况时,体重是最重要的指标之一,在预算热量消耗和机体组成指标中,体重也是一个重要的变量。对接受营养支持疗法的老年病人进行的调查表明,22%左右的病例不记录体重。一方面因为病人长期卧床,另一方面病情严重无法用标准体重计测量。本文作者运用多项人体测量方法。采用逐步多元回归分析,建立了最佳计算男、女体重的列线图法:男体重=-45.293+1.732·上臂周长
Weight is one of the most important indicators in estimating a patient’s nutritional status. Weight is also an important variable in terms of estimated calorie expenditure and body composition. A survey of elderly patients receiving nutritional support therapy showed that about 22% of cases did not record weight. On the one hand because of the patient’s long-term bed rest, on the other hand, his condition can not be measured by standard weight scale. The author uses a number of anthropometric methods. Using stepwise multivariate regression analysis, the optimal nomogram for calculating male and female body weight was established: male body weight = -45.293 + 1.732 · upper arm circumference
