本文把1985年龄木氏所用的1％乙氧硬化醇(Aethoxysklerol)对食管曲张静脉进行血管周围和血管内硬化治疗不用气囊压迫的方法作了改良,采用中药消痔灵作血管周围注射,以5％鱼肝油酸钠作血管内注射,并在内镜操作前缓慢静注心
In this paper, aethoxysklerol (1% ethoxylated alcohol used in 1985) was used to improve perivascular and endovascular treatment of esophageal varices without balloon compression.
