目的 实现生育健康监测系统(reproductive health surveillance system,RHSS)的计算机网络管理,提高生育保健服务和科学管理水平。 方法 利用计算机技术和网络技术,在围生保健监测和儿童保健监测的基础上进行计算机网络系统研究,以县妇幼保健院(所)的数据服务为中心,联接各乡(镇)卫生院、省(地市)卫生厅(局)的计算机,形成一个集数据采集、数据运转和信息反馈为一体的网络监测系统。 结果 系统有多级数据采集终端,可在省、地市县、乡等各级单位和部门使用。数据传输网络采用霍夫曼(Huffman)压缩技术算法,传输效率平均提高了12倍。信息反馈管理系统实现了数据的即时分析、统计、汇总和反馈,产生各类妇幼保健报表78种,供各级医院和卫生行政管理部门使用。结论 “生育健康监测系统”的计算机网络系统功能强大,系统成本低,易于操作,实用性强,有很好的推广和应用前景。
Objective To achieve the computer network management of reproductive health surveillance system (RHSS) and improve the reproductive health services and scientific management. Methods The computer network system was studied based on the monitoring of perinatal health care and the monitoring of child health by using computer technology and network technology. The data service of the county MCH center was connected with the township (town) hospitals, (Prefectures) Health Department (Bureau) of the computer, forming a set of data acquisition, data operation and information feedback as one of the network monitoring system. Results The system has multi-level data acquisition terminals, which can be used by units and departments at provincial, prefectural and county levels. Data transmission network using Huffman compression algorithm, transmission efficiency increased by an average of 12 times. Information feedback management system real-time data analysis, statistics, summary and feedback, resulting in various types of maternal and child health statements 78, for all levels of hospitals and health administrative departments. Conclusion The computer network system of “Reproductive Health Monitoring System” has powerful functions, low system cost, easy operation, strong practicability and good promotion and application prospects.
