随着“两基”和“普实”的推进,各地区教育普及程度得到很大提高,各地中小学在办学条件和师资队伍建设方面有了明显改善,对于提高教育、教学质量,办好人民满意的教育有了先决条件。然而,教育管理因素制约着教育的发展,造成许多地区教育发展缓慢,直接影响广大人民群众的切身利益,使他们失去对当地教育的信任。
With the advancement of the “two basics” and the “realism”, the degree of popularization of education in various regions has been greatly improved. The conditions for running schools and the construction of the teaching staff have been significantly improved in all local primary and secondary schools to improve education and teaching quality. There are prerequisites for running a satisfactory education for the people. However, education and management factors have constrained the development of education, resulting in slow development of education in many regions, directly affecting the vital interests of the general public and causing them to lose trust in local education.
