目的 :探讨乳腺脂肪瘤的超声特点。方法 :应用二维及彩色多普勒超声对 37例乳腺脂肪瘤进行术前常规检测 ,并经术后病理证实。结果 :乳腺脂肪瘤可单发亦可多发 ,分布范围依次为皮下脂肪层、腺体层、乳房后间隙。结论 :超声对于乳腺脂肪瘤具有重要的临床诊断价值 Objective: To investigate the ultrasonic features of breast lipoma. Methods: Thirty-seven cases of breast lipoma were preoperatively examined by two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound and confirmed by pathology. Results: Breast lipoma can be single or multiple, distribution of the subcutaneous fat layer, glandular layer, breast space. Conclusion: Ultrasound has important clinical diagnostic value for breast lipoma
