目的:探讨复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止稽留流产的临床疗效。方法:选择269例因稽留流产需终止妊娠的妇女晨服复方米非司酮片1片(米非司酮30 mg片/,双炔失碳酯5 mg片/),连服2天,第3天晨服米索前列醇600μg。结果:流产成功率为97.03%,完全流产率为38.66%。结论:复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服能安全有效地终止稽留流产,疗效好,有减少流产后子宫出血量的趋势,减少了术后不全流产的几率。且有服药方法简便,剂量小等优点。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate missed abortion. Methods: One morning mifepristone tablet (mifepristone 30 mg tablet /, anordrin ester 5 mg tablets / tablet) for 269 women who needed termination of pregnancy due to missed abortion was given for 2 days. 3 days morning serving misoprostol 600μg. Results: The success rate of abortion was 97.03% and the rate of complete abortion was 38.66%. Conclusion: The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol can stop aborted abortion safely and effectively with good curative effect. It can reduce the amount of uterine bleeding after abortion and reduce the chance of postoperative incomplete abortion. And medication is simple, small dosage and so on.
