Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. ] The Chinese Pharmacopoeia contained in the 1995 edition contained not only organic volatile oil components, but also lignans, among which the schisandrin content was higher [1]. Therefore, determining the content of schisandra acid A is necessary to control the intrinsic quality of Schisandra chinensis. In this paper, HPLC method was used to determine the content of schisandrin in A. schisandrae.
