本文通过对血清可溶性白细胞介素a受体(SIL-2R)与肿瘤坏死细胞因子(TNF-a)的活性测定,来探讨在支气管哮喘患儿中的作用。现将结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 研究对象 根据1987年全国儿科呼吸系统疾病会议制定的标准,选择本院哮喘患儿40例,其中处于发作期20例,男12例,女8例,平均年龄9.5岁,均有胸闷,咳嗽,喘息症状。缓解期20例,男10例,女10例,平均年龄9.5岁;病情缓解达2周以上。上述患儿在采血前2周均无全身激素应用史。正常对照组选择无感染及过敏性皮炎的健康儿童20例,男10例,女10例,平均年龄9.5岁。
In this paper, the serum soluble interleukin-a receptor (SIL-2R) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) activity assay to explore the role of bronchial asthma in children. The results reported below. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects According to the 1987 national pediatric respiratory disease meeting to develop standards, select 40 patients with asthma in our hospital, of which 20 were in the attack period, 12 males and 8 females, mean age 9.5 years, both Have chest tightness, cough, wheezing symptoms. 20 cases of remission, 10 males and 10 females, with an average age of 9.5 years of age; the disease eased up to 2 weeks. The above-mentioned children had no history of systemic hormone administration 2 weeks before blood collection. In the control group, there were 20 healthy children without infection and atopic dermatitis, including 10 males and 10 females, with an average age of 9.5 years.
