随着我国人民生活水平的不断上升,老百姓对各级医院的和服务也提出了更高的要求,特别是在市场经济条件下,如何调动公益性的事业单位和企业的积极性,使之提供优质的产品和服务,更好地服务大众,是一个重大的课题。从国外的经验来看,通过实行绩效工资的分配制度,是一个很有效的办法。因此,我国开始了绩效工资方面的实践与探索。本文对我国公立医院绩效工资及其分配制度进行分析,并对如何进一步完善绩效工资及分配制度提出了一些见解。
