利用硫氰酸铌与有机试制形成的化合物进行铌的沉淀、萃取或光度测定已有记录。作者等实验确定在强酸性介质中硫氰酸铌与四苯基砷(TPA)离子形成微溶的黄色化合物,易为氯仿等有机溶剂萃取。利用此反应,可进行微量铌的萃取与分光光度测定。从盐酸介质中萃取,酸度约为5N时灵敏度最高。实验确定适宜的硫氰酸钠(水相)及TPA(有机相)浓度相应为0.3M及10~(-2)M。氯仿层的吸收峯位于近395毫微米处(θ395=3.42·10~4)。用国产72型分光光度计在425毫微米测定光密度,氯仿层铌浓度在0至7.0微克/毫升之间遵循比耳定律。
Precipitation, extraction or photometry of niobium using niobium thiocyanate in combination with organic trial-forming compounds has been documented. The authors experimentally determined that niobium thiocyanate and tetraphenylarsine (TPA) ions form slightly soluble yellow compounds in strongly acidic media and are easily extracted by organic solvents such as chloroform. Using this reaction, niobium can be micro-extraction and spectrophotometric determination. Extraction from hydrochloric acid medium, the highest sensitivity when the acidity of about 5N. The optimum concentrations of sodium thiocyanate (water phase) and TPA (organic phase) were determined to be 0.3M and 10 ~ (-2) M respectively. The absorption peak of the chloroform layer is near 395 nm (θ395 = 3.42 · 10 ~ 4). The optical density was measured at 425 nm with a domestic 72 spectrophotometer and the Beer’s Law was followed between 0 and 7.0 μg / ml in the chloroform layer.
