采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精制香椒子中的挥发油。采用GC-MS联用分析鉴定香椒子油中挥发性成分的种类及其相对含量,从中分离出32个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的25个,占挥发油总量的95.42%。
Extract volatile oil from refined peppercorn by steam distillation. GC-MS analysis was used to identify the types and relative contents of volatile components in Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil. 32 chromatographic peaks were identified and 25 of them were identified, accounting for 95.42% of the total volatile oil.
