采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)与废旧胶粉(WRP)制备了热塑性弹性体。研究了共混比、胶粉预塑炼处理工艺及白炭黑对POE/WRP力学性能的影响。结果表明,塑炼WRP/POE共混体系具有优良的综合力学性能,当塑炼WRP为30份时,WRP/POE体系的拉伸强度为7.17MPa,拉断伸长率为778%,撕裂强度为63.3kN/m,邵尔A硬度为72度。保持塑炼WRP用量为30份,随着白炭黑用量的增加,共混体系的拉伸强度,硬度逐渐增加,撕裂强度大幅度增加,拉断伸长率降低。白炭黑用量为30份时,WRP/POE/白炭黑的综合力学性能最佳,原材料成本降低。
Thermoplastic elastomers were prepared using polyolefin elastomer (POE) and waste rubber powder (WRP). The effects of blending ratio, preforming process and white carbon black on the mechanical properties of POE / WRP were studied. The results show that the WRP / POE blends have excellent mechanical properties. When the WRP is 30 parts, the tensile strength of the WRP / POE system is 7.17MPa, the tensile elongation at break is 778% The strength is 63.3 kN / m and Shore A hardness is 72 degrees.
