采用Si-69、硬脂酸钠、NDZ101、硬脂酸和十八酸锌5种表面改性剂对碳酸钙晶须进行表面处理,研究了改性碳酸钙晶须对NR性能的影响。结果表明,选用Si-69改性碳酸钙晶须,且用量为5份时,复合材料的力学性能最好,300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度比未改性时分别提高了26.0%,21.1%和22.5%;复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ)最小,比纯胶降低了0.20,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为-82.8℃,耐寒性最好。
The surface treatment of calcium carbonate whiskers with Si-69, sodium stearate, NDZ101, stearic acid and zinc stearate was carried out. The effects of modified calcium carbonate whiskers on the properties of NR were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of composites are best when the content of Si-69 modified calcium carbonate whiskers is 5 parts, and the tensile strength, tensile strength and tear strength of 300% are improved respectively 26.0%, 21.1% and 22.5%, respectively. The tanδ of the composites was the lowest, 0.20 lower than that of the pure gum, the glass transition temperature (Tg) was -82.8 ℃, and the cold resistance was the best.
